Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Hand sinks have liquid soap, paper towels and running water. 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer in use in buckets. Walk in cooler 2C chix salad, walk in freezer only used for dry storage. Fruit cooler at 4C fresh fruits, pop cooler at 4C almond milk, black bar cooler 3C bacon, stand up freezer -19C pesto sauce, 4 compartment hot holding at 75C potato salad. Ice machine sanitary with dedicated scoop. Dish washer final rinse at 71C at the plate as per min/max probe. Towels are laundered off site by 3rd party company. Permit posted in visible location.
