High temperature dishwasher measured 75C at plate level
Spray bottles, bleach and water sanitizer, all measured around 100ppm chlorine
Proper cooling of hot foods observed during time of inspection. Food cooled in ice baths. Operator explained food cooling process during inspection.
Temperature logs are being recorded 2x daily
Hand sinks had soap, disposable paper towel and hot/cold running water
No pets observed during time of inspection
