-Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
-QUATS sanitizer measured at 200ppm at dispenser and bucket
-Three-compartment sink for manual war-washing and using Quats.
-General sanitation satisfactory, no signs of pests
-Walk-in cooler 4°C or below, under counter cooler 4°C or below
-Walk-in freezer -18°C or below
-Hot holding 60°C or above
-Dry storage organized, chemicals are stored away from food.
-Food items are stored above-ground 15cm.
