- No food prep is done out of the kitchen. Have stopped selling smoothies. Only bottled drinks. - Hot & cold running water available - Handsink is stocked with liquid soap and paper towels - 200ppm QUAT sanitizer in place - Cooler (bottled water, gatorade, protein drinks) measured 9C at the time of inspection. Staff relocated some bottled water to allow air circulation in the cooler. *Discard all protein drinks if the temperature does not drop to 4C (40F) within 2 hours - Cooler is equipped with a thermometer - Freezer measured <-18C but was not in use
