All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C or colder.
All freezers are -18 degrees C. or colder.
Both the dishwasher and the glasswasher had a 100 PPM chlorine residual at the dish surface during final rinse.
General sanitation is overall good but the kitchen is becoming quite cluttered. Please reorganize and remove anything not required for the business.
Ensure temperature logs are being maintained. hey have not been consistently recorded.
Bleach water in spray bottle measured 200 PPM.
