Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-Thermometers in place. Temperature monitoring system in place but not recorded. Centralized alarm system in place for all coolers/freezers.
-200ppm Quats available for disinfection of all food contact surfaces.
-Processing rooms are maintained under 10'C at all times. Prep surfaces/machines are washed/sanitized after each use.
-Ice machine satisfactory. Ice used for packaging beef patties during warmer seasons.
-General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
-Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Professional pest control company contracted for a monthly visit.
-Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory. No concerns observed at this time.
