Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATS based sanitizer in a small bucket in the front counter had 50 ppm QUATS. In order to achieve adequte disinfection of food contract surfaces QUATs concentration must be 200ppm.
*Staff changed sanitizing solution during the inspection.
*Ensure sanitizer is changed on a regular basis i.e., every two hours or when there is a large organic load to maintian a concentration of 200ppm.

-Mechanical High temp dishwasher operating at 76 deg. C final rinse at plate level.
-All surfaces are in good working order, smooth, easily cleanable.
-All handsinks stocked with soap, paper towel, hot/cold running water.
-Employees demonstrate good personal hygiene.
-ice machine is clean, no signs of mould, scoop stored separate from ice machine.
