Observation: Small bar cooler (not in use) requires cleaning. Freezer handles and lids require cleaning. Yogurt homogenizer requires better cleaning (some food debris noted on the equipment).
Correction: Wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry all equipment and food contact surfaces.
