- Inspection conducted during the prep time before opening. - Handsinks are fully equipped - All coolers at 4C or below - All freezers ranged from -12C ro -19C - No hot holding was present at the time of inspection - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles measured at 200ppm - High temperature dishwasher reached 77C during the final rinse - No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection Clean the vent hood panels. Remove cardboards used as liners.
