Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B7E2LU

It was stated by management that a technician was on site to service the expo cooler since the previous inspection on December 12, 2018. An insert filled with water was located in the upper portion of the expo cooler. The internal temperature of the water was measured at 3 degrees C. Coleslaw was stored in an ice bath within a larger insert located in the upper portion of the expo cooler. The internal temperature of the coleslaw was measured at 2 degrees C. Continue to follow your food safety plan for monitoring and recording of temperatures. No concerns at time of inspection. Contact the district Environmental Health Officer if you have any questions or concerns.
