Observation: During time of inspection, prep cooler #2 cold holding food above 4C, probed yogurt at 9C
Corrective Action(s): - This is the most used cooler in the kitchen, making and preparing Indian snacks
- You MUST maintain this cooler at 4C or below at ALL times
- It does not matter if the kitchen temperature is 25C and there is no air conditioning
- Operator informed that service will be done on this cooler
- Staff can also use smaller inserts in preparation cooler and store the rest in walk-in cooler

Observation: During time of inspection, rodent droppings located in dry goods storage room
Located along chest freezer and underneath shelving
No food products observed to be affected
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure that storage room is cleaned out and items moved so that all rodent droppings can be removed
- Ensure that all affected areas are cleaned and sanitized
- Ensure to take pest control measures throughout the facility and monitor daily
- Plug any holes >1/4" or any entry points with steel wool, hard wire mesh or 'pest block spray foam'

Observation: Moderate spillage accumulation located throughout wall and contact surfaces especially in the following area:
1. Around dough mixer
2. Underneath dish pit, clean and remove all debris
3. In dry goods area
4. Handles on cold holding equipment
Corrective Action(s): Thorough cleaning required at all affected areas, ensure to clean and sanitize facility.

Plumbing is there but sink is not
Corrective Action(s): - Environmental Health Officer to determine whether facility was approved with this sink. If it is in original plans, facility requires to re-install.
- Currently ice cream scoop stored and handwashing is done in already crowded/ small kitchen
