- Hand washing station fully supplied with soap and paper towels in dispenser. - Walk-in cooler measured at or below 4C. Temperature monitoring log kept updated. Unit's thermometer not functioning but a probe thermometer kept inside the unit to monitor the temperature. - Under counter coolers measured at or below 4C. Food in insert measured below 4C. - General sanitation is satisfactory. Floor and walls were clean and well maintained. Lighting observed to be adequate. No issues noted. - No obvious sign of pest observed at this date. Pest is managed by pest control company. UV lighting fly control noted. - 3-Comp sink well maintained. QUAT 200 ppm detected in the solution at the time of inspection. QUAT also available in spray bottles to sanitize food contact surfaces. - Food carry bags are clean and maintained. Storage area is organized- Staff washroom is maintained. Soap and paper towel noted being available.
