Observation: Found containers with food inside to have excessive food build up on the inside and outside.
Correction: MUST wash and sanitize all containers and inserts before putting food inside. If become dirt with food inside, move food to a new container then wash and sanitize.

Observation: Found dirty dishes on both sides of the dishwasher.
Correction: 1. Ensure to keep dirty dishes on the dirty side of the dishwasher.
2. Wash and sanitize clean drain board, and keep clean for air drying after being washed and sanitized in the dishwasher.
