-Follow-up inspection to initial inspection (report #248550). -Application form and all other supporting documents were previously received. -Thermometers available for coolers. -Baseboards have been completed. Walls need to be repainted again. *Some gaps are still present between the wall/ceiling and adjacent unit. Need to be completely sealed. -Washroom door fixed - self-closing. *High-temp dishwasher has still not been hooked up to detergent and rinse aid. Operator stated she may be removing dishwasher and installing three-compartment sink. *Non-working upright freezer and display cooler still to be removed. *Paper towel dispenser at hand sink does not work. Repair or replace. *Building inspection required (or confirmation from building dept.)
