Followup inspection for routine inspection JLEE-CFMPUQ

The following areas have been cleaned:
- Flour has been removed under the pizza dough counter
- Sand has been removed under the three compartment sink. Premises observed to be in sanitary condition
- Ant bait/ traps have been installed. Fewer ants (<2 ants) were observed. Staff to seal any gaps along walls and keep monitoring for pest activity.

Note: Ensure that the lid of the prep cooler is covered when not in use to keep the inserts cold at 4C or under.
