Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (No sanitizer detected at final rinse at dishwasher- sanitizer bucket was very low- bucket is changed and still no sanitizer detected at final rinse. Operator called the dishwasher company to come. )

Most noted issues are addressed. Correction order is lifted, violation tickets will be on hold.
* Broken walls and tiles, ceiling light cover
Send an action plan with time line to repair and upgrade the kitchen (flooring in walk in cooler, broken walls and tile throughout the kitchen, ceiling ..) also a plan to improve safety operation of the facility and maintaining overall satisfactory level of sanitation for this facility no later then Monday March 12/2018 via email to fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca
* Ensure to maintain temp log sheets and record monitoring data for coolers, freezer, hot holding (twice daily) sanitizer level for dishwasher, glass washer and sanitizer bucket at least once daily

Please note high risk rating of the last two routine inspections make the risk rating of the whole operation to a "HIGH" Risk which will increase frequency of inspection by our agency.
