Follow up inspection:
-Under-the-counter cooler used to store milk was replaced with a new cooler according to the Operator.
-Under-the-counter cooler was at or below 4 degrees C (measured between 2.2 to 2.6 degrees C) at the time of inspection.
-Under-the-counter cooler was equipped with a thermometer.
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the spray bottle.
-Upright freezer had two signs posted over the display doors to inform customers to ask for staff assistance for obtaining the cakes (since it contained uncovered cakes inside it).
-Operator informed they will continue to the use the interim loaned high temperature dishwasher until the dishwasher company has repaired or replaced their previous high temperature dishwasher.
-It was discussed to contact the Environmental Health Officer for a follow up inspection once the previous dishwasher has been repaired or replaced. If replacing the dishwasher with a different make and model, ensure the new dishwasher is designed for commercial use and provide a specification sheet for the new dishwasher for review and health approval prior to making any changes.
