Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff bathroom sink and back handwashing sink is missing paper towels. Staff are unable to properly dry their hands after washing them.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately place paper towels at the mentioned sinks, and ensure they are keep full at all times. During the inspection, staff place paper towels at the mentioned sinks.

Observation: The exhaust canopy and vent had accumulated grease and dust on it. This is a fire hazard and dust could fall into food.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately contact a professional company to clean the exhaust canopy of vent. This shall be done on a regular basis.

Observation: The waste pipe under the 2-comp sink is leaking, dirty water is pooling on the floor. This will attract and harbour pests (flies, rodents, cockroaches).
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace the waste pipe so it no longer leaks.

Comments

A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -19C or colder; and thermometers present.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach present at 2-comp sink for sanitizing during manual warewashing.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- General sanitation level is satisfactory. No signs of pests.
- Take-out only, pizza, pasta, and chicken wings offered. All done in the pizza oven.
- 2-comp sink only present, no designated handwashing sink in the kitchen or front service area. If there are concerns, complaints, and/or poor hand hygiene or food processing observed, a designated handwashing sink will be required to be installed.

ACTION:
- Store all wiping cloths in a bucket of bleach and water (1 Tbsp Bleach to 4 Litres of warm water) when not use. Change the bleach and water solution every 4 hours with a new solution.
