A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -19C or colder; and thermometers present.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach present at 2-comp sink for sanitizing during manual warewashing.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- General sanitation level is satisfactory. No signs of pests.
- Take-out only, pizza, pasta, and chicken wings offered. All done in the pizza oven.
- 2-comp sink only present, no designated handwashing sink in the kitchen or front service area. If there are concerns, complaints, and/or poor hand hygiene or food processing observed, a designated handwashing sink will be required to be installed.
ACTION:
- Store all wiping cloths in a bucket of bleach and water (1 Tbsp Bleach to 4 Litres of warm water) when not use. Change the bleach and water solution every 4 hours with a new solution. |
