The operator removed a domestic small chest freezer and a handwashing sink with wall-mounted liquid soap and paper towel dispensers from the kitchen.
Two storage shelves have been installed (clean dishes on shelves).

Back hallway/Safety Exits:
The domestic small chest freezer, a prep. table, storage shelves, a insert and stand up cooler, & a counter top freezer have been accommodated in the hallway.
Observed food items in the counter top freezer, stand up cooler (meat), & insert cooler (pop);
Note: No food preparation on the back/hallway at the time of inspection.

General:

General sanitation - satisfactory;
Note: Small accumulation of dust & grease on the fan hood - please clean it;
Prep. insert cooler at 3.2 C (the kitchen);
Note:Clean food debris behind lids.
Note: Small amount of food in an under-counter cavity of this cooler (water leak);
High temperature dishwasher at 76.7 C;
Kitchen handwashing sink supplied with hot and cold running water; liquid soap in a wall-mounted dispenser - available;
Bleach solution - available (spray bottles & in a bucket);
3-compartment sink - satisfactory;
No signs of pests are noted at the time of inspection.
