Follow up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CKAV2W) - Person Incharge stated that the technician was called and he serviced the boiler. - High temp mechanical dishwasher was run multiple times and the maximum temperature recorded at dish surface during rinse cycle was 68C. - The temperature gauge displayed temperature for wash cycle - 156F and for final rinse - 152F. - Person Incharge called the dishwasher technician during inspection. - Please confirm with the technician if the temperature gauge displays final rinse temperature on dish surface or manifold. For dish surface, minimum display temperature is 160F and for manifold, 180F. - Manual dishwashing is being conducted in the mean time and 200ppm bleach solution used as sanitizer. Follow up inspection will be conducted tomorrow to ensure that the dishwasher has been repaired.
