A routine inspection was completed:
- Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Display cooler 4C; u/c cooler 4C; upright coolers 4C; upright freezers -14C; hot holding unit 30C; and thermometers present.
- Owner using time as a critical limit for hot holding. 2 hours holding time for Beef Pizzado and 4 hours holdingtime for Spinach Pizzado.
- Bleach sanitizer had [Cl2] at 200ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher had rinse cycle temperature of 74.1C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor on racks and shelves.
- No expired foods found in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is great. No signs of pest infestation
- Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Valid health permit post, but decal expired.
- All in order.

ACTION: Pay the yearly health permit fees 0f $150.00 ASAP, to receive a valid decal.
