-hand sink fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -temps logged on a daily basis and recorded -quats at 200ppm -dishwasher at 71C at dish -ice and water bath for rice scoop changed, new insert as soon as the ice melts **New rice cooker required as the main one has a broken latch, it is currently reaching temp but only at 60C and there's less than half full.
