Observation: Observed two large plastic garbage containers being used as flour storage.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the garbage containers with food grade containers. Correct this by: April 13, 2021.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): An ambient air temperature of prep cooler was measured at 7C. The operator adjusted the dial. Temperature adjusted to 4C.

Comments

Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. One of the hand washing sink's paper towel dispenser was empty at the time of inspection. A roll of paper towel was in close proximity. Ensure the paper towel dispenser is replenished.
Temperature of coolers at or below 4C
Temperature of freezer at -18C
Hot holding unit was at 69C
Bleach sanitizer at 100 ppm as per test strip.
General sanitation is adequate.
Staff with FOODSAFE level 1 was on site.
No sings of recent pest activities at the time of inspection.

COVID-19 inspection was conducted. Completed COVID-19 inspection check list was sent to the operator.
