Comments

General sanitation - satisfactory.
Hand sinks in coffee area and in the sandwich prep area supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water.
2 domestic cooler/freezer combo units (1 in back area, 1 by the sandwich prep area) - satisfactory.
Dairy cooler (underneath the coffee machines) at 3.4 C.
Under-counter coolers (by coffee machine) at 4 C.
Note: Glass door upright cooler at 8 C (no potentially hazardous food in the cooler/beverages only). Please service/repair the cooler if you planning to keep potentially hazardous food in it. Temperature log must be maintained.
Freezers -satisfactory.
Mechanical dishwasher at 100 ppm chlorine residual after rinse cycle at plate level.
3 Compartment sink used to wash/rinse dishes prior to being placed in the dishwasher.
Bleach spray sanitizer > 100 ppm (bit high). Ensure the solution is 100 ppm.
Thermometers for cold unit - available.
Note: No hot holding at the time of inspection.
