Walk-in-cooler was at 0.9 degrees C (at or below 4 degrees C).
Reach-in-cooler was at 3.8 degrees C (4 degrees C or less).
Upright freezer and ice cream chest freezer were at or below -18 degrees C.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
It was reviewed that the coffee pots and coffee dispensing equipment is to be washed, rinsed, sanitized, and then air dried.
Coffee creamers and milk are placed at room temperature for 2 hours maximum after which they are disposed according to the staff member.
