To-go containers near deep fryers stored upside down at the time of inspection. Operator to ensure items are protected from contamination. Sanitation under cook line equipment and underneath shelving units in premises improved. OUTSTANDING: Frost on walk-in freezer floors require cleaning and sanitizing with a dilute bleach solution at 100ppm. Faucets at 3-compartment sink and prep sink noted in good working condition. 2 standing coolers not used to store potentially hazardous foods. Smaller standing cooler used to store bottled drinks and is to be replaced as per Supervisor. New 3-door under counter cooler noted at 4C or below. No further concerns noted at the time of inspection.
