Observation: Noted mice droppings in the following areas:
1. Dry storage room (along the corners behind the pallet of rice)
2. Underneath the sink beside the walk in cooler
3. Upstairs dry storage room
Corrective Action(s): The pest management was improved; howeer, still noted mice droppings in the above areas.
Sweep the area and disinfect using bleach water today.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: Noted holes underneath the sink by the walk in cooler. The manager stated the pipes around the sink was repaired due to water leak. Detected mouse droppings in the same area.
Corrective Action(s): Patch the holes immediately to prevent futher mouse activity. Given 2 days to patch the holes.

Note:
1. Improved pest control management. Ensure to conduct a daily check using a flash light to monitor the mouse activity. Clean droppings immediately followed by disinfection using bleach water.
2. The main ventilation hood canopy is scheduled to be cleaned on April 30, 2018.
