A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Freezers -20C or colder and thermometers present. Ice has built up around the opening of the freezer, chip this away so cold isn't constantly escaping.
- Coolers not in use during the inspection. No food stored in the coolers, and coolers are turned off.
- Handwashing sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles had [Cl2] >200ppm.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or on pallets; and in closed containers.
- No expired foods found.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Staff washrooms were clean and sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- COVID-19 measures in place, such as:
Social distancing
Mask wearing
Hand sanitizer
Bleach solution used for sanitizing surfaces
- Discussed inspection report results with the owner, no signature obtained due to pandemic. |
