Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer quats was at 200 ppm (3-comp sink & bucket). Walk-in cooler was at 1 deg C . Freezer was at or below -18 deg C. Hot holding cabinet for pizza was at 60 deg C. Temperature log was available and up to date. -Choose a measurement (i.e. deg F or deg C) and write correct reading on the thermometer. No pests noted at time of visit. Ensure to have pest control monitoring in place. Staff have valid Food Safe 1 training. Washroom was in sanitary condition. General sanitation was satisfactory. NOTE: Hand delivered "Health Permit to Operate". Post in prominent location. Please read enclosed letter with the permit.
