All freezers are maintaining foods are 0 deg. F( -18 degrees C) or colder. No signs of pests. General sanitation is overall good. All foods are stored off the floor. Temperature logs are being maintained and each freezer is on an alarm. Temperature logs have still not been corrected with correct critical limit for freezers. Temperature logs should be adjusted to store foods at 0 deg. F not 10 deg. F
