Routine Inspection Hand sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels. 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. High temperature dishwasher not tested at the time of inspection as kitchen was not in use for the public and no staff on site to operate dishwasher. To verify that the dishwasher is achieving sanitization, ensure gauge on dishwasher registers at 82 C for 10 seconds during final rinse cycle. Temperature verification should be added to dishwashing instructions that are posted on the wall. Bleach surface sanitizer available in spray bottle and registered at 200 ppm. ***Note: the label on the bottle is fading. Ensure bottle is clearly labelled to prevent chemical contamination. 2 door cooler at 2 C. Chest freezer in dry storage area at -18 C. Permit to Operate posted. . Facility currently not being actively used. Prior to resuming normal operations, ensure the facility is deep cleaned, surfaces are sanitized and temperature records are maintained.
