Routine inspection: Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottle. 3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing. Test strips available for testing quats concentration - good. Walk in cooler at 2 degrees C. Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C. Timer system in use for proofing of dough. Freezer at -17 degrees C. Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C. Beverage cooler at 6-7 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods displayed. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Permit posted in front area. Note: temperature monitoring records maintained up to November 20th. Ensure it is completed on a daily basis.
