Comments

Obtain a soap dispenser for the kitchen handwashing station. Clean the wall behind the cutting block. Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory. Temperature of dishwasher is satisfactory. Operator has registered for the FoodSafe refresher and will be writing the exam next week.
