Comments

Quat sanitizer was measured and found to have 200ppm quat residual. Ensure staff are dispensing product (sanitizer) correctly, including priming unit and testing every bucket or spray bottle once it is filled with a quat test strip. Temperature of sanitizer must be between 65F-75F for an accurate reading of strip. Therefore, do not fill bucket with hot water as observed.

- Walk-in freezer is -18C or colder
- Walk-in cooler is 2C
- Juice fridge is 3C
