The following was noted: Prep cooler now maintains a temperature of 1 (top) and 1C (bottom) Bleach spray bottle present at a concentration of 100 ppm chlorine residual Interior of ice machine maintained in good sanitary condition Permit posted and up-to-date Additional follow-up will be conducted to check for sanitation.
