Level 1 certificate enclosed *Less than 50 seats *Single service utensils. Routine Inspection: -Daily temp. logs → available on-site -Three-compartment sink/Quats used a approved sanitizer + test strips available -Quat is used at the food prep areas & counter. -Back storiage → to be organized. *Please ensure that all floors and ceilings are once per month (discussed to include this in the cleaning schedule). ***Permit to operate has been issued.
