Hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Production Room temp. = 5-7 deg C All food and food-related items were off the floor. Walk-in cooler was at or below 4 deg C. All raw food items and cooked items in the cooler were separated. Rotisserie cooking area - hot holding for chicken was at or above 60 deg C. General sanitation was satisfactory. Employees wearing appropriate uniform and hair restraint. Display coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
