Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CKKSJC.
All violations in report#JCHY-CKKSJC have been corrected.
-All hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
-QUATs sanitizer buckets in the kitchem easured at 200ppm.
-Operator informed that in-use utensils are washed and sanitized every 2 hours.
-All handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Back handwashing sink soap dispenser has been serviced.
-Walk-in freezer measured at -18C.
-Fountain drink machine nozzle and underneath the machine observed to be satisfactory.
-Underneath the deep fryer area, walls of walk-in cooler, walk-in cooler handles observed to be in sanitary condition.

NOTE: Ensure to continue sanitation in hard to reach areas, walls, handles, seams, fountain drinks machine throughout the day to prevent possible cross-contamination, fire hazards, and pest harbourage. Ensure QUAT sanitizer buckets are changed every hour during rush hours to ensure proper sanitation concentration. QUATs sanitizer buckets must be changed when visably soiled to ensure proper sanitation concentration.
