Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The bucket of sanitizer measured 0ppm Quats.
Corrective Action(s): Directed staff to change the sanitizer solution. Ensure to change the solution more frequently to ensure there is 200ppm Quats available to use.

Observation: 1) Ice scoop was stored inside ice bin. 2) Two bags of pannekoeken mix were stored on the floor in the office/dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Store the ice scoop in a separate container outside of ice bin to prevent staff from touching ice directly. 2) Lift all food products 6 inches off the floor.

Observation: Kitchen back door was left open as it was very hot.
Corrective Action(s): Please install a screen to the back door so staffs can open door to ventilate the kitchen. Otherwise, pest such as flies can enter via the kitchen.
