Routine Inspection Hand washing stations maintained and supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. 2 door cooler measured at 4 degree C or colder. Upright fridge in staff room to store residents food measured at 4 C or colder. Freezer measured at -18 C or colder. Ensure to include this fridge freezer in your temperature monitoring sheet. Dishwasher registered at 76 degree C at final rinse. Range hood vent noted clean and free of build ups. No sign of pest activity noted at this date. General cleaning is overall good. Self serve drinking water station discussed. Single use cups are to be used or separate used/clean cups in different containers with clear labels so that used cups are not mixed with clean cups. Having food events outdoor and temporary food events discussed. Temporary Food Premises application is to be filled and submitted to Fraser Health for next events. No concerns noted at this date.
