INSPECTION REPORT: 256601

Met with a Kitchen Manager and discussed the following:

- no new food items added to the menu
- daily temp logs are up to date ( please keep the record of the logs for minimum 3 moths )
- At least one food handler holds a FS certificate/ per shift
- Grill HUD - next cleaning schedule for July 2022

Observed the following:
- quat used as approved sanitizer ( measured at 200ppm ) as per recommendation
- low temp dishwasher supplied with chlorine ( measured at 100ppm )
- Permit to Operate - posted
- Temperature readings: freezer -18C/fridge 3.1C/prep cooler 3C

The following will require immediate attention:

401- Adequate hand-washing station not available to employees ( sec 21 )
Please use 2 compartment sink at the back for now until this H/W station is supplied with a hot and cold running water.
Follow up inspection will be conducted on May 24, 2022
304- Pl. remove the fly trap from the kitchen area/ above the food prep area/ to protect your facility from the flies contact your certified pest control and they will provide you with the best and safe solution for food facility.Last Pest control inspection conducted last month.
Suggestion: provide the clean aprons and hair protection / including the facility logo/ to all food handlers
