Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [Repeat violation]: 1) Hot water was again unavailable at the back kitchen hand sink near the ice machine.
2) No paper towels were available at the bar hand sink.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Tap adjusted during inspection. Ensure hot and cold water (i.e. warm water, since the sink operates on a single knee tap) are always available at this hand sink. Do not switch hot tap off.
2) Replaced during inspection. Ensure paper towels are always available at each hand sink. Do not use reusable cloth towels for hand drying purposes.

*Glass washer provided a sanitizing rinse containing 12.5ppm iodine.
*Walk-in cooler door seal has not yet been repaired/replaced. Ensure this is replaced by the end of this month at the latest.
*Bleach sanitizer measured at 200ppm chlorine in spray bottles. Continue to dilute at current ratio.
*Note: ensure wiping cloths in kitchen are either changed out for fresh cloths after use, or are stored in sanitizer solution between uses - do not leave soiled cloths out on countertops.
