Routine inspection conducted: -Handwash station for both filling stations adequately supplied with paper towels, liquid soap and hot/cold running water. -High temperature bottle washer achieved 71.1'C after final rinse. -Same treatment system in use. City water runs through Carbon filtration, Reverse Osmosis (membrane filters), UV treatment and stored in Reservoirs -New bottles washed through the mechanical washer --> rinsed with ozonated water at the front filling station prior to filling. -New caps provided to customers refilling their own bottles. -Old bottles also accepted --> washed/sanitized for reuse. -Bleach in use for disinfection of water taps. Operator has advised the taps are immersed in bleach water for 3-4 minutes. Test the bleach water concentration using the provided test strips. Allow at least 2 minute contact time. -Washroom handsink satisfactory. No evidence of pest activity observed. -Ice machine satisfactory. Scoops stored in a holder. General sanitation satisfactory, but ensure to have the items for the adjacent store kept in designated spots, allowing enough space for this particular business. Annual water testing done. Next water test is in September 2019. Submit a copy to the health inspector.
