Observation:
Dishwasher is leaking some water through the plumbing. Operator informed that someone has been called to fix the plumbing issue from the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s):
Repair dishwasher so that it does not leak any longer. To be corrected by November 28, 2017.
Ensure to consistently mop area where water is accumulating.

Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
- General food storage practices very good:
All food items covered and protected from contamination.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Good separation of raw and ready-to-eat foods.
- Bleach sanitizer in bucket = 100 ppm. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution - good.
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >71 degrees Celsius.
- Ice machine clean and ice scoop stored on designated plate.
- Overall sanitation excellent!
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection - very good.
- Staff and public washroom sanitary.
