Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat grinder and deli slicer were found to have dried meat debris after cleaning and sanitizing.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use. Ensure staff are instructed on proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures. Equipment was washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

-Walk-in cooler was at 2C.
-Front display meat cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer tested at 200ppm. Sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Cutting boards sanitized after each use (within 2 hours).
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
