Hand washing stations fully supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Coolers (in a back storage room) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
All freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
Thermometers for cold units - available.
Hot Holding Unit (soup) > 60C.
Bleach available - onsite.
Surface sanitizer at 100 ppm.
Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
