Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Tools stored in drawers had food debris fallen from the prep surface above. Tools to be rewashed through the dishwasher.
2) Walls/floor of walk-in cooler require cleaning on a more regular basis.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have drawers kept properly closed to avoid contaminants falling from above surface. Clean/sanitize walls/floors of walk-in cooler at least once every two weeks. Remove all cardboards from walk-in cooler- replace with rubber mats.

Observation: 1) Hot water faucet at the main handwashing sink has a leakage issue.
2) Door seal of bar cooler (left end) requires a repair/replacement.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at - 18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles throughout.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.3'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- Bar glasswasher achieved minimum level of iodine (>12.5ppm) at final rinse.
- Pop gun/holder in sanitary condition. Ice scoop satisfactory.
- Professional pest control company contracted for a monthly visit. Traps in place.
- Ice machine satisfactory.
- Foods delivered from approved sources.
- Washroom sinks satisfactory.
