Routine inspection: Premises packages tea. General sanitation and maintenance are good. No concerns noted with the handling/packaging procedures. No hot water was detected at the handwashing station in the packaging area. The problem was corrected during the inspection. Ensure that the small heater located next to the sink unit is working and not switched off during the gmp checks. All sinks are stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Employees hygiene is satisfactory. Clean lab coats and hair/beard nets are worn. Pest control services in place. No obvious signs of pest infestation noted during the inspection. The warehouse area is clean and well maintained. Batch and lot codes in place. Sanitizer is available and the concentration is tested by the chemical supplier company monthly.
