Follow-up Inspection: Panels of ventilation canopy have now been cleaned. Ensure to clean panels on a regular basis to prevent build-up of grease and dirt, and to prevent a potential fire hazard. QUAT sanitizer available in a spray bottle with a concentration of 200 ppm. Ensure surface sanitizer is available at all times of operation. Operator signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Report will be emailed to Operator.
