Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- All freezers at or below -18'C
- Temperature logs are maintained by staff
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATS sanitizer in pail with wiping cloth and in spray bottle measured at 200 ppm QUATS concentration with test strip
- 3-compartment sink available on site with drain plugs
- Stated by staff that slicers are cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Raw meat is stored separate from ready-to-eat foods
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Pest control company is contracted
- UV light pest control traps are in place

*NOTE: doors for the under-counter stainless steel cooler located directly upon entry from general store area are broken. The cooler doors are observed with tape on them, however the cooler temperature is maintained at 3'C. Manager mentioned that the parts are currently on order to replace the doors.
